We can get your idea onto the market for far less cost to you, because we let you share a little with us later. This stage comes after the Patent is filed and takes you to the market safely, to leading global brand names.

For example; If you have a new Golf Invention, we can take it to Decathlon (example only) and see if they would like to make and sell it as their new product. Under a licence from you, of course.

 

Manufacturing & product companies are always looking for good inventions to turn into new products and I have been dealing with them for many years. Over the past few years we have seen a further growth in interest from these areas, as they are looking for new products to give them an advantage in their markets.  We first sold an idea to a company in 1993, The Pack Saw, which is still on sale today and this was invented by a school teacher, he was then able to retire early.

We can take your idea to the best companies and have many contacts which go back over 30 years, in the biggest names. Each company must sign our special 11 page Commercial Confidentiality Agreement, before they are allowed to view your project.

We can build or prepare your invention, if you do not have one and then present it to them at our meetings which we will arrange and then negotiate the very best deals for you. You may choose to attend meetings with us. Some examples will be custom builds or 3D animation because they are larger or unable to be built off the shelf, a charge may apply to these. Working with companies is very complex indeed and requires a great amount of skill and experience, from the first meetings with them, all of the way through to the product licence.

 

We can provide this service for and you can choose to reward us in a very easy and cost effective way, see below. Instead of you having to fully develop your idea to product level, we work with the company who is taking on your idea to do this, during a carefully arranged development period.

You are paid by the product company for using your invention, and this is often a considerable amount and may lead to lump or single sums and royalties paid to you for up to 20 years!

Save Up To 70% On Upfront Cost, Share A Few Pence From Each Sale With Us

 

If you ask us to help introduce your idea to companies and negotiate a deal for you with them, they may make several different offers for their permission to use it as a product, following a carefully arranged development period.

​

These include single lump sum payments to you and / or royalties, for each item they sell. You choose which offers to accept in all cases, as the patent owner.

​

We Only Ask For 5 or 10% At The End

​

Therefore, if you want to spend less and greatly lower your payment to me at this stage, we can simply ask the buying company who is licensing your idea, to pay us just a few pence from each sale. You still make a payment to us at the start of this section but it is made much smaller by choosing to share at the end. This means you save large amounts and with far less risk to you. You own everything, so of course you get 90 or 95% of all payments for the life of the product. We receive our payment at Patent Protect for just 5 years.

If your idea is not successful, you pay nothing more because we have shared the journey with you.

This option is your choice and you can still keep all profits for yourself and use the standard traditional route of paying for the service in full but our clients like to have the choice.

You can also attempt to take the idea to companies yourself and we will just provide the protection.
